Meet Starla, the Shiny Eevee
This is one of the very first characters that I ever created with any intent to keep her for permanent purposes. This is Starla, the shiny Eevee.
Note that she has a special mark on her chest; it is her birth mark. I edited the image to the right to create that mark, so it's not very good. -laughs-
